These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between you ("Member", "Player", "User") and 356ac ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") with respect to your use of the 356ac website, mobile-optimised web application, and all associated gaming, betting, and account services available at https://356ac.app.

By completing the account registration process, by depositing funds, or by placing any wager or bet on the 356ac platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, including all policies incorporated by reference (the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules);
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, and all funds used on the platform are your own and derived from lawful sources.

356ac reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

If you disagree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support at [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.

Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any service on the 356ac platform. This is a strict, non-negotiable requirement. 356ac does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 18 under any circumstances.

By registering, you warrant and represent that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request identity documentation at any stage — including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, and during routine account reviews — to verify your age. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.

If age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, or if it is determined that a member is under 18 years of age, 356ac will:

• Immediately suspend the account and freeze all associated balances;
• Void all bets and game results generated while the account was active;
• Return deposited funds (net of any winnings generated) to the original payment source;
• Report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

Geographic Eligibility: The 356ac platform is intended primarily for adult players resident in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform does not violate the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside or from which you access the platform. 356ac makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside its intended market.

Single Account Rule: Each individual may hold only one active 356ac account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

To access the full range of 356ac services, you must register a member account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as required by the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

Information Required: At the point of registration, 356ac will request the following information as a minimum:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your National ID or passport);
• Date of birth (to verify the 18+ age requirement);
• Mobile phone number (used for OTP verification and account recovery);
• Preferred mobile payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) and associated registered number;
• A secure password of your choosing (minimum eight characters, including at least one number and one letter).

Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 356ac immediately at [email protected].

KYC Verification: 356ac operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a copy of your National ID, passport, or other identity document before your first withdrawal is processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested will result in a temporary hold on withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Account Accuracy: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms. 356ac reserves the right to close accounts and withhold balances where registration information is found to be inaccurate or fraudulent.

Deposits: 356ac accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to the member's gaming balance in real time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect, depending on the processing times of the sending bank.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit for verified accounts, though large deposits may trigger additional verification steps in line with our anti-money laundering obligations.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within four hours of submission for verified accounts. Withdrawals are paid exclusively to the payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, in accordance with our anti-money laundering policy. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• KYC identity verification must be completed;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to the balance must be fully met;
• The account must be in good standing with no active fraud investigations or chargeback disputes.

Currency: All transactions on the 356ac platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). 356ac does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any conversion costs incurred at the payment-provider level are the member's responsibility.

Declined Transactions: 356ac is not responsible for deposits that fail to reach your gaming account due to errors at the payment provider's end, insufficient funds, or technical issues outside our control. Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is clearly stated in the promotion description at the time of claim. Unless otherwise specified, the wagering requirement must be met using real-money bets on eligible games only. Some game categories (e.g., certain jackpot slots or specific live casino tables) may be excluded from or contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements.

Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and any associated winnings expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified validity period, which will be stated at the time the bonus is credited. Expired bonus balances are removed automatically from the account with no cash equivalent paid.

One Bonus at a Time: Unless specifically stated otherwise in a promotion's terms, only one bonus may be active on a 356ac account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active and unwagered may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.

Prohibited Bonus Activity: The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software or bots to meet wagering requirements;

Where bonus abuse is detected, 356ac reserves the right to void the bonus balance, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and suspend or permanently close the offending account(s).

Promotional Changes: 356ac reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to member accounts prior to the change date.

Game Providers: Casino games available on the 356ac platform are supplied by third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game is governed by the specific rules published within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail for matters relating specifically to that game's mechanics and payouts.

Random Number Generation: All RNG-based slot and table games on the 356ac platform use certified random number generator technology to determine game outcomes. The RNG systems used by our provider partners are independently tested and certified for fairness. 356ac does not have any ability to influence or manipulate game outcomes on its platform.

Live Casino: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from physical studio environments operated by our provider partners. No further claim arising from a game malfunction will be entertained beyond the return of the original stake.

Maximum Winnings: Individual game winnings may be subject to maximum payout limits as set by our provider partners. The applicable maximum payout for each game is displayed within the game's paytable or information panel.

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you may deposit into your account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.

• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.

Voluntary Closure: You may request closure of your 356ac account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, we will process it within 48 hours. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be paid out to your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no bonus wagering requirements are outstanding.

Involuntary Suspension or Closure by 356ac: 356ac reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information;
• Failure to complete age or identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected or confirmed bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited software;
• Initiation of an unjustified chargeback with a payment provider;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime;
• Any conduct that 356ac reasonably believes poses a risk to the platform, other members, or third parties.

Balance on Closure: Where an account is closed by 356ac due to a breach of these Terms, 356ac reserves the right to withhold part or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where fraud, collusion, or criminal activity is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in its entirety. In all other cases, the net deposited balance (less any voided winnings) will be returned to the member.

Appeals: If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you may submit an appeal by contacting [email protected] with full details of your case. Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days. 356ac's decision on appeals is final.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 356ac will send a notification to the registered mobile number or email address before applying a dormancy administration fee of ৳100 per month to the account balance. The account balance will not fall below zero as a result of dormancy fees. Members may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing a re-verification step.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 356ac shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of wagered funds resulting from technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.

356ac's total aggregate liability to any member in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the net deposited balance in the member's account at the time the claim arises.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. 356ac operates as an online gaming platform intended for adult entertainment purposes only. We make no warranty that the platform is suitable for any purpose beyond entertainment.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
